Come support this community initiative to foster our childrens' connection with nature. There will stations set up featuring a nature walk and scavenger hunt; a raffle; exhibits by AARK, Bucks County Birders, Master Gardeners and much more; including Monarch Journey. Get milkweed seeds and plant lists; spend the day in the park with your family and friends.

Loretta was painting butterflies this past June 29th, 2008 at the Lingohocken Fire Company Benefit Car Show held at the Grange Fair in Wrightstown, PA. Despite cloudy weather and the hint of a thunderstorm, kids and adults alike were able to have the Monarch butterfly temporarily aflutter on cheeks as well as arms. Everyone was quizzed on Monarch butterfly and caterpillar fun facts as they sat for their very own butterfly! Donations benefited the Lingohocken Fire Company.
